Orders
Rates are valid for the period on the quote. An order is confirmed on our written acceptance and receipt of the agreed advance.
Delivery
Dispatch times are estimates and may shift with transport or festival-season delays. Risk passes to you once goods are handed to the carrier.
Inspection
Please check goods on delivery. Complaints must be raised in writing with photos within 3 days of receipt.
Jurisdiction
Disputes are subject to the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
Refund & Cancellation
Effective 26 October 2026
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Sets made or matched to your order, or with custom labels, cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Unused, unwashed sets with tags and pouch can be returned only for a defect, a missing piece or a mismatch with the confirmed design, with photos shared within 3 days. Worn, washed or altered pieces are not accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds or credit notes are issued within 10 working days.
